Terms of use & booking

1. Who we are

The website alatro.com belongs to “ALATRO ΑΣΤΙΚΗ ΜΗ ΚΕΡΔΟΣΚΟΠΙΚΗ ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑ” (ALATRO Non-Profit Civil Company, “ALATRO”, “we”), business address 20 Alexandroupoleos St., 115 27 Athens, Greece, phone +30 210 3472341, email info@alatro.com. GEMI: 196064501000, VAT number: 803397240.

2. Accepting these terms

By using the website or sending a booking request, donation or application, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

3. Bookings

  • Sending the booking form is a booking request. A booking is valid only once we confirm it by email.
  • A booking requires first name, last name, email, phone, date, time and number of guests. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details.
  • Seats are limited. If a time fills up before your request is completed, we will suggest another one.
  • The exact address of the venue is sent only after confirmation and must not be shared with others.
  • Prices are per person, in euros, as shown on each experience page.

4. Payment

You are not charged when you send a booking request. How and when to pay is explained in the confirmation email.

5. Cancellations and changes

  • You can cancel or change your booking by replying to the confirmation email or calling +30 210 3472341. Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can offer the seat to another guest.
  • If you have already paid and cancel at least 48 hours in advance, we refund the full amount. For later cancellations we will try to find a solution (e.g. another date).
  • If ALATRO cancels an event (e.g. because an artist is ill, or force majeure), we offer another date or refund the full amount you paid.

6. At the event

  • Our venues are often private homes. Please respect the space, the hosts and the other guests, and arrive on time.
  • Please keep phones on silent during the music. Filming the performance is allowed only with the artists' permission.
  • Where wine is served, it is served to adults only. Minors attend only with an accompanying adult.
  • Please tell us about allergies or accessibility needs in the “Notes” field. Some venues are in older buildings and may not be fully accessible.
  • We may take photos to promote our activities. If you prefer not to appear, please tell our team.

7. Donations

  • Donations are voluntary and are not payment for goods or services. They are used for the cause you choose or, if it is already fully funded, for ALATRO's general purposes.
  • Online payment is not active yet: we record your pledge and email you payment instructions.
  • If you need a donation receipt, please leave your email.

8. Applications from young musicians

Applying does not guarantee selection. For minors, a parent or guardian must apply. Taking part in the programme is free for the applicant; the terms of each recording and release are agreed in writing before work starts.

9. Intellectual property

The texts, photos, logo and design of the website belong to ALATRO or their creators and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Liability

We make every effort to keep the information on the website accurate, but mistakes or programme changes may occur. ALATRO is not liable for damage arising from use of the website, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer. You may also contact the Greek Consumer Ombudsman.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest change. Bookings already confirmed are governed by the terms that applied at that time.
