The concert takes place in a 1930s neoclassical house in Mets (Pangrati), behind the Panathenaic (Kallimarmaro) Stadium. No sound equipment is used.

#### 1. Who we are

#### 2. Accepting these terms

By using the website or sending a booking request, donation or application, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

#### 3. Bookings

- Sending the booking form is a booking request. A booking is valid only once we confirm it by email.
- A booking requires first name, last name, email, phone, date, time and number of guests. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details.
- Seats are limited. If a time fills up before your request is completed, we will suggest another one.
- The exact address of the venue is sent only after confirmation and must not be shared with others.
- Prices are per person, in euros, as shown on each experience page.

#### 4. Payment

You are not charged when you send a booking request. How and when to pay is explained in the confirmation email.

#### 5. Cancellations and changes

- You can cancel or change your booking by replying to the confirmation email or calling +30 210 3472341. Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can offer the seat to another guest.
- If you have already paid and cancel at least 48 hours in advance, we refund the full amount. For later cancellations we will try to find a solution (e.g. another date).
- If ALATRO cancels an event (e.g. because an artist is ill, or force majeure), we offer another date or refund the full amount you paid.

#### 6. At the event

- Our venues are often private homes. Please respect the space, the hosts and the other guests, and arrive on time.
- Please keep phones on silent during the music. Filming the performance is allowed only with the artists' permission.
- Where wine is served, it is served to adults only. Minors attend only with an accompanying adult.
- Please tell us about allergies or accessibility needs in the “Notes” field. Some venues are in older buildings and may not be fully accessible.
- We may take photos to promote our activities. If you prefer not to appear, please tell our team.

#### 7. Donations

- Donations are voluntary and are not payment for goods or services. They are used for the cause you choose or, if it is already fully funded, for ALATRO's general purposes.
- Online payment is not active yet: we record your pledge and email you payment instructions.
- If you need a donation receipt, please leave your email.

#### 8. Applications from young musicians

Applying does not guarantee selection. For minors, a parent or guardian must apply. Taking part in the programme is free for the applicant; the terms of each recording and release are agreed in writing before work starts.

#### 9. Intellectual property

The texts, photos, logo and design of the website belong to ALATRO or their creators and may not be reproduced without permission.

#### 10. Liability

We make every effort to keep the information on the website accurate, but mistakes or programme changes may occur. ALATRO is not liable for damage arising from use of the website, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

#### 11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer. You may also contact the Greek Consumer Ombudsman.

#### 2. What data we collect

- Bookings: first name, last name, email, phone, date and time, number of guests, and anything you write in the notes (e.g. allergies).
- Donations: amount, cause and, if you provide them, your name, email and message.
- Applications from young musicians: the musician's name and age, the parent's/guardian's name for minors, email, phone, instrument, links and message.
- Contact: whatever you send us by email or phone.
- Technical data: IP address and browser type, for website security (e.g. spam prevention), and, only with your consent, measurement data from the Facebook Pixel.

#### 3. Why, and on what legal basis

- To handle your booking, donation or application and send you the related emails (performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- For accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c)).
- For website security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
- For measurement and advertising via Facebook Pixel and the Conversions API (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for newsletters without your explicit consent.

#### 4. Who receives it

- Twilio SendGrid (USA): sending the website's emails.
- The website's hosting provider, where the database is stored.
- Meta Platforms (Facebook): only if you have consented to measurement. Emails and phone numbers are sent hashed.
- The artists and hosts of an event receive only what they need (e.g. your name and the number of guests).
- Public authorities, when required by law.

Where data is transferred outside the EU (e.g. to the USA), this is done with the appropriate GDPR safeguards (the EU–US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).

#### 5. How long we keep it

- Bookings and applications: up to 2 years after the event or the review of the application, unless the law requires longer.
- Donations: as long as tax law requires.
- Technical security logs: for a short period.

#### 6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw your consent. Write to info@alatro.com and we will reply within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (1-3 Kifisias Ave., 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr).

#### 7. Minors

Applications for underage musicians are submitted only by a parent or guardian, who consents to the processing of the data.

#### 8. Cookies and similar technologies

- Essential: your cookie choice is stored in your browser (localStorage, “alatro-consent”). Administrators get a login cookie on the admin pages only.
- Measurement & advertising: the Facebook Pixel (cookies _fbp, _fbc) loads only after you click “Accept”. If you click “Reject”, it does not load.

To change your choice, clear this website's data in your browser; the banner will appear again.

The website runs on HTTPS only, the admin area is protected by a password and additional security measures, and the photos we upload are stripped of location metadata.
