Tasting of 8 premium wines (4 white & 4 red), all single-varietal Greek wines carefully selected to showcase the diversity of local grapes.
A unique exploration of different winemaking techniques—amphora, stainless steel, barrel aging, fresh styles, and more—highlighting the influence of terroir and tradition on wine character.
Special homemade Greek tapas & cheese (3 carefully paired bites).
