Alatro project was initiated by pianist Yann Keerim in Athens, as a way to rethink how we share culture. What began as a simple idea—to open private houses for concerts and gatherings—has grown into a vision of turning everyday spaces into living stages for music, gastronomy, and art.
At the heart of Alatro is the search for pure sound experiences: music unfiltered, close, and immediate, where the distance between artist and audience disappears. Each event is designed to be personal and authentic, an encounter rather than a performance, where art and people meet in their most natural form.
The name Alatro comes from a small mountain village in Lefkada, Greece—the birthplace of Yann’s grandfather.
“For me, Alatro is more than a name. It’s a memory of roots, of simplicity, of a life where music and community were inseparable. This spirit is what I want to bring into every gathering.” — Yann Keerim
